I really like the product itself, it’s the perfect colour for my eyebrows, really nice application, easy to use and a soft gentle application. However, when I opened it for the first time, about 1/2 to a centimetre of the pencil fell out (before I’d even wound it up) and it couldn’t be reattached. Really annoying and meant I didn’t actually get the full product.
