Working on clean, product-free brows, spritz the product with water. Using a brow brush like the Revolution Create Soap Styler Brow Brush, gently rub the product to coat the spoolie. Brush the product through your brow hairs in the same direction to achieve your desired look. Use this product alone as a soap setting brow product for a brushed up brow look or use with your favourite brow pencil to layer up for a fuller look.
