It really is waterproof. Very difficult to get off at the end of the day but exactly what you want and a waterproof highlighter. Very soft and glides on. Not my holy grail but good enough, especially for the money.

I have bought several colours colours in this eyeliner as highly pigmented. They have great staying power, smudge proof but do allow upto 5mins to dry down. Price point perfect too. My only complaint is that I wish the pencil tip was thinner to be able to define it more but thats personal choice and nothing a cotton bud can't fix it mistakes made. Definitely recommend and will re-purchase
