I've tried many similar products to this but for me the mario bafescu drying lotion gives the best results. Really helps overnight to clear spots.

The best for spots

Whenever I feel a spot forming I put some of this on overnight and in the morning the spot has never grown, and sometimes shrunken and become paler and faded. Sometimes for small spots they go away completely. It is pricey but lasts forever and works so well.
