Spend 5-15 minutes massaging and then either prepare to sleep or wait 20 minutes, to allow the powerful oils time to penetrate deeply into the skin, before finishing with a warm bath.

Scent is quite overwhelming at first, then calms down. A little goes a long way so bottle should last a while.

GOODBYE STRESS AND ANXIETY
A deeply nourishing and soothing oil. Absorbs into your skin leaving a beautiful glow, the scent is the best part - makes me feel so relaxed and melts away unwanted tension. I poured a few drops into my bath too! Just wonderful, I love it!
