- Application: From the centre of your eye, use the liquid eyeliner to draw a straight line as close to your upper lash line as possible while following the curve of your eye to the outer corner. Next, draw a line from the inner corner back to the centre. To create a wingtip, draw a line upward from the outer corner of the eye.

Not really
Very watery, I need to slide it a lot to show any proper pigment, then it crumbles into a mess. It’s not very waterproof either, horrible stuff.
