Step 1: After cleansing in the evening, apply 2 pumps of Crystal Retinal to the face and neck. Allow to absorb then follow with a moisturiser.

Finally I see affects on my skin. I used 3 & 6 before, I can strongly recommend skipping 6 after using nr3 and just go straight to 10! Great results and fast.

Great
I used Nr3 for years and then Nr6. I can honestly say that NR6 was almost same as Nr3, so I would recommend not wasting your money and keep using Nr3 and after a year or so jump to Nr 10 ! Much bigger difference, still very gentle on sensitive skin and HUGE improvement. Will use this for year until I am confident my skin can handle stronger Nr20.

Great Retinol
I’m on prescription retinol at the moment, but if I wasn’t I would still be using Medik8. I’ve purchased quite a few Vitamin A products in the past, and this really was my favourite. I worked my way up to Retinal 10, and at no stage did I have any irritation or dryness. Just great results! Will always choose this brand when I’m not using a prescription retinol.
