Step 1: After cleansing in the evening, apply 2 pumps of Crystal Retinal to the face and neck. Allow to absorb then follow with a moisturiser.

Soft skin
I have slowly been working up the strengths and despite being such a powerful active ingredient zI have had no issues with sensitivity. My skin feels nourished and so very soft by morning and so much improved since taking

Menopausal magic!
My skin took a nose dive with menopause previously being trouble free and showing no signs of aging. Overnight -dry and fine lines and more concerning static lines developed. After much research decided to invest in Medik8. Worked up from 6 and no sensitivity even though potent product. No reactions with 10 and my skin feels smooth and nourished the following morning. Fine lines much improved.
