I've been using lower strength items for a while now and decided on this one to up the ante. I am being very careful to introduce it slowly nonetheless, and so far I find the texture really nice. I'm not sure I can say it is groundbreaking just yet, but that probably isn't fair, I've been using it just twice a week now for 3 weeks only. So far I like it, no irritation and overall I think my skin is getting better, possibly from a whole decent routine.

I use all strengths of medik8 crystal retinals, this one is right in between 3 and 10 and is the perfect spot for me. The 3 and 6 I can use everyday, and alternate them, while using the 10 about one a week, or whenever my skin is having an acne flare up. Works for my acne prone skin amazingly, fades post acne.
