Causes breakouts

I have been using this for 3 weeks now. Not everyday,…but every time I put it on my face it causes tiny pimples mainly on my forehead and cheeks. I thought it is just purging so I kept using it. But after 3 weeks…it still just make my skin worse. I love all the medik8 products but not sure if this one works for me.

Best of peptide serums

This I really love. The use is excellent and the quality of the peptide mix looks high   (in my opinion). I especially like the matrixyl and argireline inclusion as they seem to really work on fine lines and collagen production. I used The Ordinary’s argireline which gave me an awful headache (which could mean it was working well on the forehead muscles) so this was a good alternative (no headaches). The use is smooth and hydrating, more syrup like and not watery.

It glides on beautifully. Face slightly sticky whilst it's being absorbed but then face is silky smooth. Complexion is already looking better and fresh. Only 1/3 way through bottle

Great introduction to peptides

I’ve read a lot about peptides recently and how important they are as ‘building blocks’ to help skin stay as plump and firm as possible as we age. Being a newbie to this I decided to try liquid peptides as I love Medik8 skincare and have read good things online about this product (other peptides such as copper peptides seem quite specific and can actually cancel out other active products in your regime, whereas this seemed a simpler place to start!). I’ve only been using for a couple of weeks but so far I am liking it. The first day I used it I felt a difference in the texture of my skin. I’m using morning and night and so far no issues or complaints. I know with peptides the benefit is in the longer term so I’ll definitely look to keep this up.

This is a good serum. HOWEVER I switched to this from the ordinary matrixyl and haven’t seen any difference in my skin from doing so. The ordinary is   a lot cheaper! They may in fact have identical ingredients.
