Brilliant toner

I’ve been using this toner for quite a while now and I love it. It is a chemical exfoliator which is gentle enough to be used every time you cleanse. Leaves my face fresh feeling with a clear, healthy glow.  I also love the fact that you can save a few bucks after your first purchase by just buying the refill and recycling the pump delivery mechanism. I absolutely recommend this product.

Gentle but effective.  Mild to no fragrance.  Fantastic delivery system.  Love the refill system.  Very, very impressed by this solid workhorse of a product
