Pop in fridge and it cools the eye area  The gels only remain cold for a maximum of 5 minutes so overall a bit of a let down

I pop on in morning prior to applying products and makeup. Reduces puffiness very well. A must have in my routine as I wake up with puffy eyes if I don't have a full 8 hrs sleep. I am 44 so a must have for me. Don't put on straight from freezer warm it up for a few seconds first
