Solid not broken yet
Strong spring but more importantly strong plastic. I have a lot of hair and usually break the plastic tines after a while, either in my hair or throwing it in my bag. This one is still going strong.

Went back to buy another
This is the second one I’ve bought for my daughter. She had smooth, thick and long hair. It’s hard to find hair clips and bands that will hold up the weight of her hair. Although it just feels like light cheap plastic this clip holds her hair all day while she is at school, it looks fashionable and she is happy with it.

Great for long hair
I couldn't find a claw clip to hold my waist length hair but this is it! At first I found it hard to open with one hand but a bit of practice did the trick. It holds my hair all day and looks really pretty! Great price too.
