Already seen a difference
Started using this 2 days ago and can already see the difference. I use for 25 minutes at a time (they recommend 10 - 30 minutes for best results) and i just use it whilst watching tv. It is a little uncomfortable to hold in your mouth for a long time but definitely worth it and looking forward to seeing the final results.
