This is a pricey product for a small tube. I have used this a few times for sebaceous filaments on my nose and in between my eye brows and it cleared up the area. It helps with spots too but you have to re-apply a few times. As it is pricey i am trying to find a cheaper alternative.

A little goes along way.  I find it takes the redness down and eases the pain you can get with some spots. The spots are gone within 2-3 days. I have sensitive skin and put too much on once my skin was painful. So read instructions that state a small thin layer and you will be fine. Great product.
