Beautiful pallet, the blush is everything!!!!
I was originally looking to buy the ND love cheek duo but it has sold out. I usually stay away from cream blush and cream products as I find they remove my foundation on application and wear off within 1 hour on my oily mature skin, equalling a hot mess!!!. I fell in love with the blush colour in the love cheek duo and looking on the internet it mentioned that the blush in this pallet was exactly the same. The pallet was half price (same as love cheek duo with double the products) so I thought I would give it a go. The cream blush turns to powder on application and stays until you remove it...I'm converted, the colour is everything!!! The rest of the products are a bonus. The highlighting powders look chunky so I was a bit reluctant when using (I'm an hourglass fine milled fan) but they did not emphasie texture, they made my mature oily skin look beautiful. I highly recommend this pallet for all ages and skin types because if it can work in mine it can work on anyone's!!! You can't beat it at this price. I can't wait to try ND other cream cheek products. FYI try ND foundation X+ it's a game changer!!!

Fabulous Palette
I was hesitant to buy this palette as I don’t usually use highlighters (it’s just another thing to have to fit in) and I was put off by reviews saying this is really “glowy” as I don’t usually do much with my cheeks. Since the palette is half price, I thought I might as well give it a try and I’m so glad I did. It’s a really versatile palette. You can sheer the products out, or build them up as much as you want. Surprisingly, I actually like to use all the products at the same time— something I never thought I’d do— but you can use any combination of the shades to create a look. I use my fingers for the cream shades; a chunky, tapered highlighter/blusher brush for the duo glow (as this acts both as a highlighter and a blush topper) and then a smaller highlighter brush for the “glow extreme”. I think smoothing the diamond powder on lightly with your finger and then gently blending out is the best way to apply— you need the smallest amount. I hear that particular formula isn’t great for more mature skin, but you could easily use it over eyeshadow. It’s like a really hard pressed glitter formula, but the glitter particles are quite fine and you should just use it in specific areas where you want the most payoff. The over all effect is a really “lit from within” glow. It’s very subtle most of the time, but when light hits the products directly, you’ll get an amazing, radiant shine. It’s intense without being glittery as such.
