Hydrating yes, illuminating no
This primer is really nice if you are looking for hydration. To me it is not illuminating and it does not even imperfections. I would say it is more like nice light moisturizer rather then illuminating primer. Only because of that I gave 3 stars, it does not do what it says but it is not a bad product.
