I always use this as my night routine & purchase from look fantastic! The pillow spray does exactly as it states. The smell is divine, I also use the candle & diffuser oil.  Definitely recommend this to everyone you won’t regret it. It’s absolutely gorgeous.

Have used a few different sprays to help sleep but I had one of these in a gift box & have continued to buy it & use it along with the aromatherapy oil & candle! Such a beautiful smell. I’m unwell gone through a crazy health journey & still going through it but little things like these added to the nighttime routine helps a lot. I definitely recommend this to everyone it’s divine :)
