When I first applied this on my pillow, I thought it was going to be too strong. But actually it is very subtle and does help me fall asleep

It's strong when you initially spray it but after a few minutes you get used to it and it lasts all night. I've managed to get a much better night's sleep with this. I will definitely buy this again

Really lovely smelling pillow mist- I was worried it would be quite heavy on the lavender which I find a lot of these sprays can be but this one isn’t.  I wouldn’t say this helps me sleep more soundly/for longer, hence giving 4 instead of 5 stars, but I would say it does help me to fall asleep quicker.

I feel so lucky to have received this as a gift with purchase. This is one of the best sleep sprays I’ve ever had. The scent really lasts and you can still smell it the day after spritzing on your sheets. I normally find that the smell doesn’t last with other brands
