This seems to be the only shampoo that helps after trying many expensive ones. Use once every 2 or 3 washes. I do put a mask on after as it is a bit drying

The Neutrogena T/Gel Therapeutic Shampoo is a lifesaver! I have psoriasis, and I’ve struggled with a flaky, itchy scalp for years, and after just a few uses, this shampoo made a noticeable difference.  The smell is quite strong and probably not the most pleasant one, just bear that in mind, but I use another shampoo after to adjust the smell.

Stinks but works

My son has scalp psoriasis and ordinary shampoo exacerbates the issue. This stuff stinks, literally, but it is very effective at calming his flakes and flare ups. Only downside is the smell.

I have had a very dry itchy scalp lately and as I have coloured hair I have been using different colour protect dry scalp shampoo but they have not made much difference, I guess they’re too mild. So I have just started this shampoo as it has a good reputation, if it strips my colour then I’ll deal with it, my scalp is driving me crazy! Fingers crossed
