NIOD Survival 20 Serum has been specially formulated to help support the skin's defence system against the damaging effects of the environment and lifestyle.
Fortified with medium UV protection (mineral SPF 20 (PA+++)), the serum protects against harmful UVA/UVB rays while defending against other harmful factors such as stress and pollution. Lightweight and comfortable, the formula utilises advanced technologies, including: Purified Lutein (an antioxidant ingredient extracted from Marigold Flower to help counteract the effects of blue light while enhancing elasticity), and Yeast-Derived Superoxide Dismutase for protection against oxidation.
Also contains Purified Knotgrass to keep skin safe from the negative effects of infrared while preventing the appearance of photodamage, and Purified Deep-Sea Algae, a component that forms a physical shield against pollution (a known contributor to premature ageing). The serum is non-tinted; any sign of tint is derived from the active technologies used.
Designed for medium and darker skin tones (III, IV and V within the Fitzpatrick skin tone scale) and when UV index is low or moderate (under 5). pH 7-8.
Vegan. Cruelty free.
Free from alcohol, nuts and gluten.
Shake well before use. Apply to face liberally before UV exposure. If continued UV exposure is expected, to maintain protection, reapply every 2 hours or after material water exposure, towel-drying, swimming or extensive perspiration. Designed for medium and darker skin tones (III, IV and V within the Fitzpatrick skin tone scale) and when UV index is low or moderate (under 5). If your skin tone is lighter or in the presence of a higher UV index, we suggest using a formula offering a protection level of SPF 30. Avoid contact with light clothing as the carotenoids in this product can cause staining.

Fantastic
This product is absolutely incredible. I don’t think I’ll ever change this. It has a slight tint to it but it blends so nice to the skin you don’t even notice. It’s not a normal spf in the sense that it doesn’t leave that white cast that normally spfs do and it’s super easy to apply.

Great SPF
I have to say, this is the best SPF I have ever tried. it's perfect for my very oily skin and it's absolutely different than SPF I used before. Product has a watery texture like a serum, not heavy, sinks quickly in to the skin, doesn't cause tightening feeling on the skin and my skin doesn't feel oily for hours. I definitely recommend. Will buy SPF30 in the summer from this range. This is the second product from NIOD I have tried so far and other two are on the way and I am so happy with this brand.

Happy with it so far
This is a product that you don’t really see a difference but can make a huge difference, it’s for protecting your skin against all the environmental damages, so it’s really a long term use along with spf, I’m a great fan of niod and they put o lot of Science into their skincare, so it’s a win from me! The texture is lovely and it goes on very smooth And I have full faith that it’s protecting my skin

Good
I love the technology and that i am feeling am protected, but with skin of color like me it does leave a white cast ( i apply 4 pumps for my entire face and neck ) I have a problem when applying with makeup , when i apply without moisturizer it really sinks well but leaves yellowish patches with the make up, if i apply after moisturizer it does go well with makeup but leaves an oily layer that i need to blotch it out with a tissue Maybe i cannot know how to use it , but i keep it for days that i just stay at home near the window or when i spend too much time in front of the stove
