OPI Cuticle Oil
5I suffer with extremely dry cuticles so oils work well for me. I like to work on my cuticles with a remover and tool, then go in and apply this oil afterwards. I try to give it plenty of time to sink in so it can really work deeply beneath the surface. This leaves my nails feeling amazing!
