Lather a quarter size amount of FINE shampoo in hands. Work shampoo into roots and anywhere hair touches the scalp. Rinse thoroughly. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner.

Nice shampoo
Really nice shampoo but the bottle leaks easily and is hard to get out when the shampoo gets below half. The actual product is good though.Â

Ouai thin hair
I bought this for my mum as part of a mother’s day present. I use the thick hair range and had recommended it to my mum. She loves it & asks for this now as part of any birthday, Christmas presents.

Not suitable for fine and thin hair
I really did not like this shampoo and conditioner, it did not seem suitable for fine at all, I’m very surprised it’s advertised as so. It made my hair somewhat like straw, it did not have a good feel, but most importantly it made my hair look even flatter and finer and thinner than usual. I use a water filter, use only a small amount of shampoo and conditioner and rinse very well so I don’t see how I could have done anything differently, I just don’t think it’s meant for very fine hair.

Am a fan
Would repurchase, nice smell, good for my fine hair, went a long way, didn’t foam up like I prefer (but this is usually when ingredients are better!)
