Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with luke warm water. Lather a quarter size amount of MEDIUM shampoo in hands and then work into roots and where hair touches the scalp. Rinse shampoo. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner. Apply a quarter size amount of MEDIUM conditioner, focusing on midshaft and ends. So hydrating!
I love this shampoo as it cleanses well to the point your hairs squeaky clean, but due to the oils and ingredients it also delivers hydration which means I can cut back on conditioning my hair making it feel lighter.Â

Really nice
Lovely shampoo and conditioner, smells really nice and leaves my hair feeling really soft. Only downside is the price as it feel it’s expensive but I will see how far the larger pouches last me
