Cleansing away dirt and build-ups, the shampoo effectively cleans your scalp and strands without stripping away natural oils, resulting in a comfortable, irritation-free finish.
Moisturising and hydrating, the shampoo helps to reduce dryness and frizz for a sleeker, smoother look thanks to Avocado Oil and Shea Butter that coat hair to stop water loss for longer. Strengthening Hydrolysed Keratin means locks will be less prone to breakage during brushing and styling while Marshmallow Root, sourced from Africa, acts as a natural emollient to detangle and prevent knots, delivering each strand with enough slip to move freely.
Finished with an uplifting floral scent, the shampoo blends together Orange, Magnolia, Jasmine and Peony resting on a base of Musk and Orris to leave hair delicately scented.
Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with luke warm water. Lather a quarter size amount of THICK shampoo in hands and then work into your roots and where hair touches the scalp. Rinse shampoo. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner. Apply a quarter size amount of THICK conditioner, focusing on midshaft and ends. Rinse with cold water to close the hair cuticle and added shine.

I bought a big refill because I like it!
I like it. I like the smell and how it leaves my hair smooth and soft. For me it lathers well and so don't make me use too much like with some other shampoos that create minimal foam. I think that the bottle design is not ideal to use with wet and soapy hands; I dropped mine at first use, damaging the lid so I will be pouring the refill into a different container with a pump!

Been using for years
Lather up so nicely, very fine foam that feels luxurious. I think I noticed the smell a lot more before, maybe I'm used to it now. I have oily hair and this keeps it feeling fresh for longer

The best shampoo ever
Having very thick hair my scalp never felt clean. Bought the small bottle as a trial run and loved it, so bought the refill as better value for money. Just a little amount goes a long way and my hair and scalp refreshed. Always use the conditioner with this hair so soft
