More defined curls and shinier hair!
I’ve been using this shampoo and the Aveda Be Curly Conditioner for a couple of weeks and I absolutely love it. After the first wash I noticed that my curls were more defined and over the past week I think my hair is a lot shinier than it had been. The only down side to this is I have quite thick hair and I’ve noticed I need to use a fair amount of the shampoo to get my hair clean, so next time I’m going to get the 1000ml bottle.

A wonderful-smelling, gentle shampoo. I don't see any added benefit for curls, though, and the texture is a bit weird (kind of grainy). It is mild enough that you don't need conditioner.
