Great Brush
This is the second Aveda brush I have purchased, the first one lost a few years ago. I have tried other brushes but still think this is the best brush I have had. It leaves hair lovely and shiny and doesn’t pull, perfect for my long hair. It may be a bit expensive but I think it’s worth it.

Lightweight but decent
My old paddle brush died and I bought a cheap one which was heavy and painful when brushing.Reviews placed this very high So I ordered. Was a little disappointed when it arrived as it felt so light and was still a bit painful to use. However I soon saw the benefits of a lighter brush- easy to hold and glides through the hair. I find this doesn’t pull out hair like the old one and my hairs feels smooth after using.

This brush feels surprisingly light and looks lovely. It detangles as a brush should but is nothing special. It didn't make my hair very smooth when used to blow dry and left it a bit static. I previously used a cheap Wilko paddle brush which was a quarter of the price and I preferred that.

Best Brush for Long Hair
I love this Brush. Good quality Brush and lasts for years. This is my second one, the previous one lasted over 10 years. I have long straight hair and use Aveda shampoo and conditioner too.
