Love Aveda's products for thickening and volume
I received a trial size of the styling foam and loved the results. I read a review recommending using it alongside the volume spray. I don't often repeat buying products as I'm always looking for something better to add thickness and volume but this is 1 set that I do repeat. For me, it works well on my fine hair.

I have long, thin, flat, damaged wavy/curly hair (2c/3a dependant upon products I use) that I'm trying to repair so I can wear natural. These products are fantastic for me. My routine (after a few attempts with different application of the products) is - shampoo/conditioner as usual and use wide tooth comb whilst in shower and squish curls / once out the shower, whilst hair is wet through, apply the phomollient (3 pumps initially) and use wide tooth comb if needed / apply 1 pump specifically to ends of hair (my hair has bleach damage at ends) / use a 100% cotton towel to 'squish' the curls up / wrap towel around head and leave for around 10 mins / air dry curls / when hair is about 80-90% dry add a small spritz of the volumizing spray where needed and then gently massage this into roots. With the above method I get frizz free volume from the roots, defined wavy curls and no caste or weighed down hair :) Also, look fantastic are without doubt an excellent company. I have just brought these as a duo and they only took 2 days to reach me.I got a small phomollient styling foam as a free gift with a previous order and I was very pleased with how it enhanced my curls ,so I decided to go for this duo to try out the volumising tonic .I applied the tonic first on damp hair mainly on the roots and a light spray throughout the length of my hair then scrunched the Phomollient styling foam throughout my hair and dryer it with my defuser and Wow the results are nothing short of truly AMAZING.My curls look fuller alot more bouncy with such volume and so soft ,I would highly recommend these amazing products
