Nice Thick Gel!
It has a very thick gel like texture and did instantly soothe my cracked hands. (They get very bad with scars in the winter). Though I do notice that as soon as my hands touch water this product is washed off and my hands go dry quickly, meaning this product just sits on top of skin and doesn't really absorb and nourish the skin.
