This is my first time purchasing with look fantastic. Unfortunately the Black Friday limited edition box arrived with one of the products damaged and the contents all empty which soaked the other contents. Look fantastic kindly refunded me for this. Even though the other contents were soaked I did try the ren overnight recovery balm and I have to say it has been amazing for my skin. I apply at night after my serum and in the morning my skin is fresh and soft and feels nice to touch.
