Don’t really know what I was expecting
I don’t really know what I was expecting with these, because obviously they are a supplement. I haven’t really noticed stronger hair nails or renewed skin, but surely they must be better than not taking them? Not having seen instant results of any kind, I probably wouldn’t buy again

Big Tablets, but good results
Ok so, first off, the tablets are big, really big, so if you struggle with tablets at all you’d be better to get the effervescent version of this. Second, the label is misleading as it says 2500 Mg, which these are not. 3 of them are a 2500Mg dose, (even though that’s a mathematical impossibility). Third, they’ll make you really thirsty & dehydrated if you don’t drink enough water. However, I’m 8 days in and can genuinely see and feel a difference in my skin. So in spite of the issues, I’m really pleased.
