Terrible
Turned my hair dark grey, made my blonde hair go orange and the white parts of my hair grey terrible product left it very dry too. Do not recommend

Always in stand by
Always have 2x of these on stand by after bleaching my roots. The only brand that lifts and tones to the perfect shade without leaving your hair a complete wreck. Also would like to thank Look Fantastic’s customer service team. I was missing one of these in my order, but they rectified it almost immediately! Great team. Thank you.

Amazing
Lifted my hair from dark brown to light yellow orange. Perfect prior to adding white toner bleach London, which brought it to a perfect colour

Did nothing
This sadly did hardly anything. I have medium blonde hair naturally that is highlighted to a sandy blonde. Recently it had become dull and brassy so i bought this one. Followed the instructions and my hair looks exactly the same dull and brassy. The only thing was the conditioning mask made it very soft! No change in colour. I wasn't expecting miracles but something at least. Shame

Really nice - got me the desired effect
If recently had fresh highlights, but I hated the base colour, it was a bit too honey coloured for my liking. I wondered how on earth I could (a) brighten my highlights, and (b) tone down the base colour. This did both. I really panicked thinking I would really mess it up with this, but it’s left my base colour a cool blonde and my highlights a brighter baby blonde. The product is clear so no messy baths showers sinks or hands, and the mask you get with it left my hair silky (usually struggle to comb the knots out). I feel a bit like a hair genius buying this!

Had me nervous...
I had just bleached my hair (again) and it was nearly white pretoner in some spots but my roots were more gold... put this on and the roots seem a tad golden still (hence 4 out of 5 ☆) but I'll tell you... my hair while wet was slate gray from mids to ends. After it dried though, soooo light. The hair on the bottom half of my head is still a bit yellowish. This definitely works best on hair so light it is almost unnecessary to use. All this to say though, I will definitely order again and try to focus my bleach on my bottom half of my hair so I can have more even coloring throughout.
