Had me nervous...
I had just bleached my hair (again) and it was nearly white pretoner in some spots but my roots were more gold... put this on and the roots seem a tad golden still (hence 4 out of 5 ☆) but I'll tell you... my hair while wet was slate gray from mids to ends. After it dried though, soooo light. The hair on the bottom half of my head is still a bit yellowish. This definitely works best on hair so light it is almost unnecessary to use. All this to say though, I will definitely order again and try to focus my bleach on my bottom half of my hair so I can have more even coloring throughout.

This toner worked like a charm on my bleached hair. Of course any hair this is used one would already need to be extremely light to tone to white, and mine was almost light enough to pull it off, it looked great and had an almost white tone to it afterwards. Only knocked off 1 star because it didn't seem to last very long, almost as though it was semi permanent

Brilliant. My hair was dull yellow and very brassy. Didn’t lift the colour to white but it did neutralise my hair to a nice ash blonde colour. The only down fall it made my hair feel very dry afterwards.

Easy to use
After I bleached my hair, I was left with a few patches of light orange awesome it wasn't. I applied this toner left it on for the recommended time and honestly my hair is much better. It's not perfect but my hair is now mostly a really light blonde. I'm super happy with it. Will continue to use and continue to order it from this site.

I was dubious about using this, took a week of debating and just went for it earlier. Had the darkest of roots, I used a bleach kit then after rinsing and towel drying used this toner left it on for 20 minutes. Totally transformed the ‘bleach’ look to a lovely clean blonde colour - prefer this to how my hair dresser usually tones my hair. I will definitely be buying more.

I love this toner and always use it after bleaching my hair ....it tones out all the brassy yellow and leaves it a lovely shade of white which is also a great blank canvas for pastel tones ....only giving 4 not 5 stars as it hasn’t quite toned evenly this time but still great

Works on brassy tones
I used this product as I didn’t process my roots long enough and was left with brassy tones. It did work to neutralise the yellow, I was left with a lovely beige blonde on my root area. The rest of my hair however sucked up the toner due to porosity and I had silver/grey mid lengths. This has since gone to the indicated white colour shown on the box. My recommendations: Make sure your hair is evenly coloured and use on level 9 upwards, otherwise it won’t work.

Not a miracle worker
I brought this product after being left with a small band in my hair colour. It’s a good product but won’t give you platinum hair over night. I didn’t see a massive difference as my hair it ridiculously light anyway. But it blurred the band slightly and left my hair with a lovely ashy colour. I only left it on for 15mins as I was worried about my hair damage. Maybe I needed to leave longer next time. The mask however (which I had already) is absolutely amazing! Please don’t think you are suddenly gonna go from brassy to sassy but it does help.

Bleaching my hair at home went terribly wrong! The toner had worked magic on my hair, and did not dry it out at all. I highly recommend using the conditioner which comes with the kit. It left my hair feeling gorgeous, almost soft enough that you would never notice the terrible home bleaching that occurred the previous day. The product was a true life saver.
