I found myself having to go back and forth, trying to make it look just right. Once I finally got it on, though, it stayed put without smudging or smearing all day long. That's definitely a plus! But honestly, the quick drying time doesn't make up for the difficulty in creating a smooth line!

The Best!
This is the best gel eyeliner I have ever tried and I have tried a good number. It is easy to apply, forgiving and can be smudged easily. Once it is dry it lasts does not move does nit flake fade or smudge. You need to use a good brush though and learn how to apply for a good opaque line. Store upside down for longevity to avoid drying.
