Cooling
Received this is my beauty box and have used it more than a few times now: I use this when I’m feeling like a little pick me up/ cooling around my eyes, after I’ve steamed my face and applied my serum and generally if I just remember! Like another person, this does warm fairly quickly but is still soothing from the mechanism of rolling upwards and towards the hairline. Nice feel to the handle, and no squeaking or breakages at the moment.

Great roller
I’m 39 and have been waking with puffy eyes, this has worked brilliantly. I use it in the morning and it’s really soothing on my eyes as it’s so cold. If I remember, I put it in the fridge at night as it stays cooler for longer. After a few rolls it can get quite warm. It’s still fine for rolling the rest of my face, but on my eyes I like it cold. I hadn’t realised my jaw was so tense until I started using the roller, it was sore to start with but using the roller 2-3 times a day it’s really started to relax. Great roller

If everyone is buying I have to buy it too, so I did. The roller is nice and heavy, very pleasant to use and helps with freshening up my skin in the morning. Smallest roller is a bit too large for eye area and roller itself seems a bit flimsy, but that's a minor issue. Overall, it has a good price / performance ratio.
