DOES THE JOB, SLIGHTLY DRYING
This powder does the job as well as any other pressed powder I've used, with no white cast on the face. Mattifying effect lasts a few hours for me. I find that using the puff can look flaky on my admittedly slightly dehydrated skin, so i prefer application with a brush, so would advise the same unless you have smooth/dewy skin.

My favorite Setting Powder
I bought this few months ago and it becomes my favorite setting powder! It is so convenient in a pressed format but the travel size is a bit too small so I am going to get a full size instead of travel size in my next purchase. It's good for travelling tho.

Good for dry skin
This is a very nice powder. However, I have combo oily skin. This powder is better for dry skin or for very dry winter days, but it's not mattifying enough for summer. When applied to slightly humid skin, the powder is not very effective for setting. I would recommend it for people with very dry skin, as it has a moisturizing quality to it that makes it too dewy for oily skin. It is finely milled and does not catch on texture.
