Rejuvenate your brown hair with the Christophe Robin Shade Variation Mask in 'Ash Brown', a nourishing hair mask that works to restore the warmth back into colour-treated, highlighted or naturally brunette hair.
Neutralising the effects of oxidation, the deeply nourishing mask helps to eliminate unwanted red and mahogany tones, replenishing warmth and radiance back into dull brown hair. Creamy and nourishing, the colour care treatment contains Buriti Oil to help revive vibrancy, and Almond Butter to nourish and protect. After use, brunette hair looks rich and healthy.
Free from parabens, silicone, oxidant and ammonia.
Apply the shade variation care to clean, towel-dried hair from root to tip. Lather by massaging into hair and leave in for 5-30 minutes, depending on the desired intensity. Rinse thoroughly. Tones are removed after 3-5 washes
Warning: Make sure you only leave the product in for 5 minutes the first time you use it to test how the pigments interact with your hair. Carry out a patch test 48 hours before application to avoid any allergic reactions. Wash hands immediately after application to avoid staining your nails. Avoid contact with eyes.

More subtle than expected
I’ve used this mask twice now, the first time I left it on for about 20 minutes and the effect was super subtle. It left my hair feeling lovely and soft, but it didn’t do much to neutralize the brassiness of my dyed brown hair. The second time I left it on for closer to 35 minutes, and although it was slightly more effective in toning down brassy tones, the result wasn’t as dramatic as I had hoped. Not sure I would repurchase, I’ll try some other options first.

I bought bought this shade and the warm chestnut shade as I sometimes prefer a warmer tone. Either way I really enjoyed these. Livens up my dyed hair without damaging it further. Lasts for a few washes, and I can get about 2-3 uses out of one (got mid back length hair) so I'll definitely need to purchase the bigger size next time.

does exactly what it promises
Best product I’ve used for getting rid of brassy tones. I left it on for the full time frame recommended. All the reddish/copper like colour went although it did my my hair go a very dark brown. I like the darker colour but maybe if you don’t want your colour to go very dark leave it on for a lesser time frame. The residue is much less than other blue shampoos I’ve used and any little bits of staining easily come off the skin with makeup remover. The bottle is a lot smaller than I expected but I understand it lasts three to five washes and I would say I could get three uses out of the one bottle. I have medium length hair but it is quite fine. If you have thick long hair maybe you’d only have two uses. Overall it’s brilliant and does exactly what it promises. Would Highly recommend.
