This is a good SPF, it tends to hydrate the skin which is good but I wouldn’t recommend it for those with oily skin. I always use this SPF on the days that my skin feels dry along whit other routine products.

I have acne-prone skin but found this doesn't cause me any breakouts at all. In fact, I think it actually is helping to keep my skin oil-free. I highly recommend it if you are acne-prone and are looking for an SPF that doesn't make your acne worse, but that still has a decent level of SPF.

Excellent SPF and Primer
I've been looking for an SPF that can double up as a primer and City Block for Clinique is an excellent choice. It feels quite creamy and moisturising but not too thick, and leaves my skin bright and dewy looking. The slight tint seems to help with this and lightly covers any imperfections so I can wear it without makeup over the top. I have oily combination skin and I was worried that it would make my skin oilier or look shiny but I haven't found this to be the case. Also hasn't broken me out. It does take quite a while to dry properly, so when I want to wear make-up over the top I need plenty of time to let it settle, otherwise it could mess up my foundation (especially as I often wear powder foundation, liquid foundation probably wouldn't be so bad). Other than the drying time the only downside is this is SPF25, would be good if it could have been SPF30, and also I'm not sure how the tint would be on darker skin tones, or even very fair tones?

Fantastic sunscreen
I have tried many but always come back to this sunscreen. I use it all year round in place of foundation as it provides a very sheer coverage. Doesn’t break me out like lots of other SPF products. I have a very fair skin tone which this is perfect for, and I suspect it might leave a cast on darker skins so something to be mindful of.
