Providing up to 12g of marine collagen peptides per serving, Dose & Co’s Marine Collagen in Unflavoured is a versatile food supplement to be taken daily.
The unflavoured powder blends easily with a variety of food and drinks, meaning you can mix it into your morning tea, oats, smoothie or simply water. The supplement is fortified with vitamin C to support normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin.
Serving suggestion: 2 large, heaped teaspoons (13g) of powder in 200ml of water, milk, coffee, tea or smoothie. Mix well. Take once a day.
Food supplements are to be taken in conjunction with a balanced diet. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.

I am 49 years old going through the peri-menopause. In the last couple of years I have begun to experience joint pain, and I'm also feeling like the perimenopause is taking its toll on my skin. I read about how much collagen declines as we get older, particularly in women so I thought I would give this a go. I find it quite pleasant to take mixed with some squash, there is just a very, very faint taste of it in the background.
