I have oily skin so normally stay clear from oils, however I received a 15ml from a glossy box. I used it and it didn't soak into my skin I was left with a tacky base and I can honestly say It beats any of my foundation primers, My foundation sticks to it like glue and doesn't budge.

This isn’t an oil consistency - more like a serum. That means that it soaks into my skin well but that’s about the only positive. It doesn’t smell of rose and doesn’t give me the deep moisture my skin needed. Very disappointed and I won’t be repurchasing.
