After cleansing, place device comfortably over the face. Adjust strap to fit around head. Press and hold power button for 2 seconds to turn on device, select light setting, and use for the programmed treatment time of 3 minutes. Device will automatically shut off. Got this a week ago. Have used every day for 3 minutes at a time. Noticed a clear difference in my skin. I am glowing and clear complexion. Strap is not the best and mask is a little heavy and uncomfy but it’s only for 3 minutes at a time and the results are worth it. It doesn’t come with goggle and they say you don’t need them but I bought a cheap pair off Amazon. So glad I bought this… a true beauty investment and easy to slot in with daily routine!!
