Prime your lips as you would your base with the e.l.f. Cosmetics Lip Primer and Plumper. The multi-use lip product creates a stronger, hydrated base for coloured lip products, while also creating the look of supple, fuller lips.

Vegan and cruelty-free.

Apply the lip primer to bare lips and blend out evenly with a lip brush.

Allow it to dry before applying lip colour.

Apply the lip plumper over the primer or lip colour.

Allow for the tingling to subside before applying more product.

Warning: If the plumper causes a strong burning sensation, immediately wipe away with a cleansing cloth or wash with water.
