I've been using this product off and on for about 2 years now. I notice that when I take this (once a day)...my skin seems plumper and more youthful. When I do not take this, my skin appears dryer with more noticeable wrinkles. After 2 years, every other day, or once a day for 4 days and off for 2 days seems to work well. I am happy with this product and it is one of my definite "go to" items for younger looking skin. I definitely recommend this. I do notice the difference in my skin!
