For best results
1. Apply 1-2 pumps to damp skin morning and evening. 2. Work up a lather then rinse away with warm water. 3. Follow with your preferred ESPA moisturiser.

I really love the smell and how soft this leaves my skin. It is a little drying but my skin is naturally dry so I don’t think it helps. I do love this product though and find it works well for women even though it’s branded for men.
