The multi-purpose, multi-award-winning balm has been expertly balanced to suit all skin types, and combines the brand's signature blend of four aromatic plant oils (Clove, Eucalyptus, Hops and Egyptian Chamomile) to promote glowing, radiant, smoother-looking skin. Clove Oil encourages clear, clarified skin, while Egyptian Chamomile Oil and Cocoa Butter soften, soothe and condition.
Developed to be used in conjunction with the specially woven, 100% muslin cloth, it provides a deep yet gentle cleanse; effortlessly melting away dirt and makeup (even stubborn waterproof formulas) while gently exfoliating and decongesting without drying or stripping skin. It helps to slough away dead skin cells, smoothing and refining skin's texture, preparing the complexion for the next steps in your skincare regime.
After use, skin feels smooth, clean and decongested with improve tone and circulation. Witness visible benefits on all skin types.
Please Note: When subject to temperature change, the formula has a tendency to crystallise over time. This is a natural process and varies per product. Warm up the cleanser between hands to melt the crystals before applying. The exfoliation benefit is generated by using the woven muslin cloth provided.

Caused bumpy skin
So the actual balm I enjoyed using as my skin felt super soft afterwards. But the next day lots of tiny bumps formed around the edge of my jaw and chin, which went away after a couple of days. I tried the balm again in case the bumps were caused by another product I was using but it happened again. Unfortunately product is not for me.

I love this product!
I received a sample size of this product as I have been wanting to try it for a while. I have no complaints. You need a pea size amount for each use which compensates for the cost. I would say it's similar to the Elemis Cleanser which I have also tried. But less greasy. It smells refreshing and has a slight exfoliating texture but it isn't harsh. Skin feels clean and fresh and makeup removed. You are supposed to use a muslin cloth but I find clean warm water and clean towel are more than fine. Highly recommend.

Literally the best cleanser I’ve ever used. It makes make up melt away plus it deep cleans.. skin feels extremely clean and soft after use. Also helps with my problem skin as it doesn’t dry the skin when it deep cleans it. Worth every penny.

I was so excited to try this cleanser and it did not disappoint! First the smell is very luxurious and very spa-like which I loved. First time using I used far too much product, a small amount definitely goes a long way so although the price point is quite steep it will definitely last. I use as my first cleanse morning and night and after just under a week my skin felt smoother and my pores less visible - I’m oily / sensitive skin so finding a product that doesn't break me out is always a winner. Generally this cleanser feels like a total treat when I’m applying so it was was worth the hype for me !

Fabulous, worth the money!!
I originally got this cleanser as part my monthly lookfantastic box. However, I fell in love with it straight away and purchased the larger product. I use it as my pre-cleanser and honestly it has changed my skin. I have oily skin so was a bit dubious at first, however, I found that followed by a gentle cleanser I still got the benefits while not breaking out. Would highly recommend.

I love this cleanser. It is heavily scented, so I would leave it if scent is an issue. It's thick and balmy, and leaves skin (mine is very dry) feeling clean, but moisturised. it is expensive, but a little goes a long way.
