The multi-purpose, multi-award-winning balm has been expertly balanced to suit all skin types, and combines the brand's signature blend of four aromatic plant oils (Clove, Eucalyptus, Hops and Egyptian Chamomile) to promote glowing, radiant, smoother-looking skin. Clove Oil encourages clear, clarified skin, while Egyptian Chamomile Oil and Cocoa Butter soften, soothe and condition.
Developed to be used in conjunction with the specially woven, 100% muslin cloth, it provides a deep yet gentle cleanse; effortlessly melting away dirt and makeup (even stubborn waterproof formulas) while gently exfoliating and decongesting without drying or stripping skin. It helps to slough away dead skin cells, smoothing and refining skin's texture, preparing the complexion for the next steps in your skincare regime.
After use, skin feels smooth, clean and decongested with improve tone and circulation. Witness visible benefits on all skin types.
Please Note: When subject to temperature change, the formula has a tendency to crystallise over time. This is a natural process and varies per product. Warm up the cleanser between hands to melt the crystals before applying. The exfoliation benefit is generated by using the woven muslin cloth provided.

don't understand the hype
I guess I'm just not a balm cleanser type of person but I just don't understand the hype. It is a nice cleanser and I love the smell, but I think there are some pretty good alternatives for a lower price.

Simply the best
This is by far the best cleanser ever, i have used every cleanser from drug store to high street and this tops them all. It may be slightly expensive but it's worth every penny, it will remove any makeup from waterproof mascara to pan stick foundation. Defo buy!

I have been using this product for over a year having received it originally in a beauty box to try. I have at times ordered other products to try but I always come back to eve lom. This product dissolves make up and daily build up effortlessly. It also acts as a mask if left on for half an hour . Other balms are good but eve lomnis excellent

Not for my skin
I was really excited to get this cleanser. I had previously used the eve lom capsules cleanser which worked really well for me so I was looking forward to this one too. I have dry/normal skin so this was supposed to work really well for me. I don’t often break out but when I do it’s one or two spots in specific places. Two weeks into using this, my whole face has started to break out. It smells lovely and does a great job at removing make up however this just hasn’t been the one for me, buy at your own risk since it may work for you!

Love this Cleanser!
I swear by this product, it's absolutely amazing! i first used it when i had a dry patch of skin on my face and after i used this cleanser it completely cleared it up. It makes my skin so smooth and seems to moisturise at the same time. i'd definitely recommend using this, especially if you have dry skin!
