Shampoo works best on soaking wet hair and conditioner works best on gently squeezed-out hair.

I didn’t hold much hope for this but after using it for a month I’ve purchased my 2nd bottles. It’s made a real difference to my hair after damaging it from trying to go lighter at home, not sure about length but thickness and texture has definitely improved! I was absolutely shocked when I tried this shampoo and conditioner for the first time! Just after the first use I felt a difference in my hair I have very fine hair and this made it feel so thick and voluminous! It's smells so good too. I usually love this shampoo and conditioner. I use it religiously. But for some reason, this latest set have been horrible on my hair. The bottles came with different lids too. I think they have changed their formula. It's nowhere near as hydrating. Super disappointed.
