- When to Use: Prior to foundation application, use the spoon provided to apply one scoop to the palm of your hand. Using a foundation or highlighter brush, gently brush the product from your hand and apply all over the face, right up to the lash line until the product is absorbed.

I absolutely adore this primer! I dont normally wear primers as i just stick to moisturisers but this product has converted me! I have honestly found that it makes my makeup stay on for so much longer and stops me getting oily in my T-zone. Would 10000% recommend!

Nice amount of hydration
I love using primer normally, it's makes my skin so happy. As a hydrating base, this works amazingly, especially when I am traveling and my skin gets really dry, I don't find it blurs imperfections like other primers, however I will keep using it as not many primers make my skin feel so refreshed as this does!

I like the feel of the gel and it makes my foundation go further but that’s it. My skin doesn’t feel particularly hydrated and having to liquidise the gel first is an inconvenience I can do without at 5am.

I received this in my December beauty box, and I’ve already ordered it in full size. I’m 44, and have fairly normal skin. I have noticed recently my MAC foundation (that I’ve used for years) has a patchy appearance after a few hours. I have mixed this with my foundation instead of putting it on my face first, and it makes such a difference (and I don’t need to use as much foundation). It just makes my foundation feel so light and natural. Can’t recommend highly enough. This is definitely going to be a permanent part of my make-up routine

This did not do anything for me. My makeup didn't last any longer using this primer, it didn't look any smoother than it would without primer and my skin didn't feel soft or moisturised. And everytime I would wash off my makeup, the primer would ball up into little gel bits it's really weird. I'm so annoyed I bought this

Good primer, not so much moisture
This is definitely good as a primer. Its gel texture dries almost instantly making it fantastic for mornings before foundation, however I dont find it hydrating at all. My skin feels quite tight after using it and my foundation has been cracking lately. I received this product in a beauty bag and I wouldn't purchase.

This is an absolute must-have for any makeup lover. Even though pricey, a little goes a long way and it makes your face feel so smooth and soft. Makeup applied a million times easier and eye makeup is also easier to remove afterwards. Illamasqua has got me hooked

I absolutely LOVE this product! I am not blessed with oily skin and need to hydrate mine AND it is quite sensitive at the same time!
