Prior to foundation application, use the spoon provided to apply one scoop to the palm of your hand. Using a foundation or highlighter brush, gently brush the product from your hand and apply all over the face until fully absorbed.

Nice texture but unsure if it works
This is a nice gel consistency and melts into the skin very quickly and isn’t sticky. It smells a bit weird not a luxury smell, more like paper mache. Didn’t find it made a massive difference to reducing oils coming through my makeup.

Good for Combination Skin
Tried this primer initially about 5 years ago when my skin was oilier and found it wasn’t mattifying enough at the time, only working for around an hour before I would get shiny. My skin has now become more combination, with a mix of oily and combination areas so decided to retry this as I’d always liked the consistency and texture. It’s really cooling to apply and works well with different moisturisers and foundations, plus keeps my makeup looking fresh for hours. Good size pot that lasts well, though I would prefer a tube which would be more hygienic.
