Disappointed!
I've used JH shampoo and conditioner before when I used to be a client of JH's salon in London. This was a few years ago. Now, however, the shampoo is really disappointing, It's so thick, it's almost like glue, it's really difficult to lather up and even then there isn't much lather either! The conditioner is really thick to get out of the bottle and didn't condition well anyway, once I'd manage to get it out! I do however, like the smell, which lasts a while after washing! Unfortunately that alone is not enough to justify the cost of these JH products.
