I have medium wavy hair and this shampoo keeps it frizz-free and soft. My go-to shampoo for most of the year. You also dont need to use loads of product so it lasts longer than you'd think

Worth the money
I have fine greying hair which I regularly colour, it can be left frizzy and a little dry using other brands. I’ve tried so many products including other Kerestasse ranges but keep coming back to Discipline. This leaves my hair smooth with out being too heavy making it much easier to straighten or curl as I’ve just had balayage. It much better when I encounter humidity as well especially if followed by the heat protecting blow dry cream.
